A phenomenal hotel with great deals. Exceptional staff, rooftop bar, and spa discounts. Friends regretted not staying here. Minor check-in issue, but amazing restaurant staff. Disappointing inflexibility on changing flight schedule. Room had limited water, pool safety concern. Still, overall, a clean and friendly experience.

During my transit stay at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, I appreciated the convenience of its location, being only 400 metres from Dubai Healthcare City and a 20-minute drive from Business Bay. The hotel's proximity to these key areas made my travel logistics seamless, allowing me to easily access the city's business and healthcare districts.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the complicated and slow Internet access, which detracted slightly from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

My room saga was a comedy of errors—a broken A/C, leaks under the sink, and delayed room changes felt like a desert mirage. Slow internet at the lobby and lackluster customer service calls left me parched for hospitality.

Pros of Our Stay at a Top-Notch Hotel. Unbelievable family suite - clean, cozy, and affordable for Al Eid season. Delicious breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Easy access to metro and airport, nice view, and spacious room. The pool is fantastic and the calm atmosphere is just what we needed. Even got our train ticket printed and delivered to our room by the amazing staff. An overall jaw-dropping experience!

During my transit in Dubai, I had the convenience of staying at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, located just a 5-minute walk from Dubai Healthcare City. The hotel's proximity to Business Bay, situated just 10 km away, made it easy for me to access my business meetings during my stay. the hotel's location, only 20 km from Dubai, provided a central base from which to explore the city.

Although the hotel had an overall pleasant stay, I encountered a small issue during check-in. Despite requesting a smoking room in advance, I was informed upon arrival that the room I booked did not have this option.

Absolutely fantastic and pleasant place, it has helpful staff in Eve and Receptionists. The location is good and excellent, in that part of town. They have welcome beverages in the roof top bar.

Free parking onsite provided. Free breakfast with lots of hot/cold dishes. Knowledgeable and so caring staff team at check-out.

The room is well-equipped and elegant, it comes with the largest variety, extra towels and blackout windows.

I chose this hotel for a business convention, and the facilities, including the meeting rooms, business center, and 24-hour reception. The hotel's 34445 square feet of space and 3200 sqm of meeting rooms were ideal for hosting our event, providing a seamless experience for our group.

I missed having a dedicated coworking space within the hotel where I could work and hold small meetings without needing to use the meeting rooms.

Truly enjoyed free and above average breakfasts, and exceptionally clean hotel.

We booked double room with a huge double bed, extra towels, included breakfast.

The room was well-equipped, which also was large. The breakfasts were incredibly nice and satisfactory with pastry items and bakery, as for instance. The hotel had a central setting close to the airport.

The hotel is immaculately clean, nestled in a very good building with an in-house restaurant. The venue is placed in a central position to public taxi.

the hotel is so clean and close to the metro and an arabian style shopping mall. the staff give great local advice and the breakfast is really excellent. plus, the infinity pool during early morning is a hit! definitely try the regency club lounge access.

Would definitely recommend.

I asked for king room and it was particularly good with breakfast included. This accommodation was in the central location in a quiet area.
